There’ no denying it, we are hard pressed to find a night life here in the Berkshires, and the challenge is exponentially more difficult if you are under 21. In an effort to help bring a night life to the masses, including the young ones, the Copperworks is officially a booze free venue.
This makes life better for all of us here at the Copperworks. As proprietors of an “underground” venue we put ourselves at risk in order to have kick ass shows as often as we can. Being booze free lowers the risks and makes it more reasonable for us to continue to host events.
Thank you for respecting our choice to be responsible(ish), and remember, the awesome new bar Mission is just a block away.

Sorry kids, been having lots of computer woes over here at The Copperworks. But here’s a little somthing to get you all excited… The Rosewood Thieves!!
And I just caught word that a group that are friends of theirs is coming up too.. Ponderosa.
And lets not forget local upstarts Over the mountain, and of course, Justin Hillman.

But………
This is out new version of the copperworks website!!!!
Sorry we don’t give the option of going back to the old version,(like faceboob) so you better like it.
Feedback is welcome, but ignored. If you have any problems or find a bug let us know.(once again it will probably be ignored)
Come help us get some serious spring cleaning done… Maybe a little construction? We’re gonna tear down the old garage on the side of the copperworks, and use the material to build a handicap ramp/ awesome bike ramp!! You like ripping stuff apart? you like building it back up? C’MON DOWN!!!
Yes, there will be food!!
Yes, there will be beer!!!
(some restrictions may apply, see dealer for more details)

So, my Father and I installed the gas lines for the heat and tankless hot water heater for 34B, now we await inspection and hope the inspector doesn’t notice that we’re doing some minor plumbing repairs without a permit. Jay and I took some exterior shots of the property tonight and after a bit of color correction they should be gracing the front page and more.I’m trying to focus on everything that is the property whilst keeping in mind that Huck is a few months from giving birth. It can be a rather challenging dicodomy. I want to be helping her with everything, but know if I did that we’d end up with a house that would never be finished… It’s times like this that somthing like crystal meth. seems almost apeeling.
I said ALMOST.

Hello Internets, My name is jay elling, I am the current soooooon future current resident of 34B north pearl st. As first sane/non drug addict/nicotine fiend resident of this space in a very long time, Justin and I are making much headway towards making the space livable again.Being put in the position of erasing the past in this living space, we are given the freedom of creating a viable space for a creative type of people…….no more stagnant activities on this propertay! I feel very honored to have this space for the simple facts that it is a clean slate to create the dream live-in studio that I have been needing for a while now. Besides from making it a once again livable space for anyone to enjoy, I am applying ideas that will make my activities such as screen printing and photography less of a hassle.Enough babblinn, you can see my shiz at jayellingphoto.com <3 J
